As a Dillon company driver, you will enjoy a benefit package designed to protect you and your family from devastating events, as well as provide you with a high quality of life now and long-term.

Company Driver Benefits

You become eligible for benefits the first of the next month following 90 days of employment.

Health Insurance –

• Both individual and family health insurance policies are available.
• Company provides employee coverage at no cost to the employee with optional family coverage.

Life Insurance – A $20,000 life policy is paid by the company for the employee. Additional amounts and family plans are offered.

Disability Insurance - The company pays for a long-term disability plan for the employee.

Paid Vacation – Vacation is paid at a flat fee of $550.00 per week and earned as follows:

• One week after one year of service.
• Two weeks after two years of service.
• Three weeks after five years of service.
